"Broads" was purchased in 1963 as accommodation for the Sisters so they did not have to drive from Ascot every day to the School. The grounds of the house became the schools sporting grounds until the purchase of Ambiwerra.
In 1997 the house was sold, relocated and sits on acreage at Gumdale now.
After the removal, the grounds of "Broads" were re-landscaped to become a recreational area and Junior School play area.
